i cherish my daily ritual of picking as many pumpkins and tomatoes as my inventory will hold, hauling ass to the nook mart to sell the lot, checking if there's anything good at the tailors', and then turning off the game for the day

i usually keep a stack of tomatoes or pumpkins in my inventory so i can gift them to any villagers i cross

occasionally i will mention my produce operation and someone will go "oh? is that more profitable than X" and lemme tell you: i have no idea and i donot want to know. watering these virtual plants makes me feel good and thats all that matters
