funny thing about this
i saw it and thought "oh, i haven't seen any problems with my e-mail server, so i don't think i'm affected"
...then a while later i suddenly started getting no e-mails, and as i looked through plesk's billion different configuration pages to find the one the spamhaus rbl was actually located in, that's when i discovered this was, indeed, something that affected me
